Many problem solveable with the use of money. I should also add that not all problem are solved by money. But lets not take anything away, money does matter

Despite it all, the greatest enrichment is power. With power, comes money but it cant be equate vice versa.

Apart from massive collection of houses, estates, cars n supercars, i'd like to use money -if one day it comes down from sky in very super large quantities- for charities and scholars. It may sound sweet and all but even I got good dreams

i would start with scholarships. To sponsor a child studying degree from head to toe, roughly 25k rm is needed. So for a yearly allocation of 100k, total of 4 students can be fully sponsored. However it is best to utilise return of any investment for this purpose i.e profits from business, so that the capital stays. So what exactly business that give returns of 100k per annum?

1million rm in a 10% return rate per year investment can easily does the job. But the thing is, what is it? Asb?tabung haji? They fluctuate 5-8%. ASB havent give anything near 10% since the 90s. Other businesses need return on the initial business as well as guaranteeing additional 100k for my scholarship scheme. I would honour my dad n mom in naming the scheme after them. And they will be the main people of this scheme. Of course it only applicable to students reside at my hometown. We hope after passing their studies they come home attending the families, enhancing their roots

My town mosque would be given 50 to 100 year lease to profitable properties of mine. They must do business -islamic- and gain profits to be use for the mosques' activities. No need to pay back anything to me. They can utilise the shoplots, houses, transportations, for their business. Use all the profits to do qariah qurban,renovate the mosque,maintenances, everything. This scheme may be elaborate to nearest qariahs.

My another interest is to help the states football team. I may take them off the states own and manage all by myself. I'll do them as a business and my model would be clubs all around europe. The market may be not as large as them but that also means the budget would not be as big. We'll give the players the best preparations and the biggest remunation, and we expect them to perform. To generate the team budgets, we will need to do spin off businesses. We believe in our people and given ample chances and perks there is nothing impossible
